PRICING

Please email for price lists. We have two levels of pricing available. There is the standard retail pricing. We also discount to the trade. Please send a copy of your Resale Sales & Use Tax Certificate for Designers and Store Fronts. Please send a copy of your Tax EIN Certificate for Builders and Architects upon trade pricing requests.

PRODUCT

All items are imported as is. There are no custom options available on orders less than a 10 unit MOQ. However, a minimum order quantity of 10 will enable us to produce a custom size and designed item specifically for your building needs. We use natural stone and reclaimed wood with our products. Each item is handmade and no two will be exactly alike. Reclaimed wood may contain certain aged characteristics including but not limited to the following :dents, dings, divots, knot holes, missing chunks, old nail/screw/mortise holes, insect holes, splits, cracks ,varying colors, leftover paints/stains and natural variations. This is intentional and gives our items a true rustic and unique look. Our stone can come with natural veins and coloring can vary. Care instructions available upon request.

LOCATIONS

PAYMENT

All items must be paid in full prior to release.  We prefer checks, bill pay and wire transfers.  We do have the ability to take all forms of CC but do charge an additional 5%.

SHIPPING

You are welcome to purchase items at one of our above shows.  However, if you require shipping, we do have access to both residential and business carriers.  We do not profit on shipping and allow carriers to bill you directly at cost.  Please note that it is faster and cheaper to ship to a business versus a residence.  Shipping quotes are based on weight and location.  We will need items of interest and full delivery address to quote.  We also have the ability to ship internationally.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed on stock items. Returns are not allowed on Final Sale & Clearance Items.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Items will receive credit less 15% restock fee.  Credit will be issued once item returned back to its original purchase location.  The item must also be returned in its original purchased condition.  Credit will be issued and used toward future purchase upon return.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

We inspect all items prior to shipping or releasing to customers.  If an item is damaged in transport, please refuse and initiate claim immediately with carrier.  Please also inform us in writing via email immediately to assist in the claim process.  Do not accept any item from a carrier unless you are completely satisfied with its condition.  Signing for an item releases any responsibility for damage with the carrier.  You have 14 days to report concealed damage to the carrier.  The item cannot be moved from its original receipt location or this voids any damage claim with carrier.  Please hold onto all packaging until an item is deemed acceptable.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged to all customers who do not provide a copy of their Resale Sales & Use Tax Certificate upon purchase.  EIN Federal Tax Number does not exclude a customer from Sales Tax.  Sales Tax will not apply on any items shipping out of state.  Please contact via email for these details.  We strictly adhere to each State Sales Tax Law accordingly-No Exceptions.
